From my earliest days in elementary school, I found joy in learning. This passion led me to pursue advanced degrees, often while also going through personal transitions.
My academic achievements include:

I treasure this picture of my doctoral graduation with my advisor. It symbolizes not just mastering advanced statistics and publishing my dissertation, but also overcoming significant challenges.
One such challenge was when a professor doubted my business leadership skills to study in his Education program. During the panel interview, I responded, "Business and education both focus on organizations and people. I have much to learn about education, but I also have skills that align with my studies."
I graduated four years later, after working with that doubting professor who became my advisor.
Together, we found common ground and supported each other. This experience taught me the value of perseverance, open-mindedness, and integrating diverse skills and perspectives—values I bring to every coaching session.
My journey as a life-long learner shapes my approach to leadership and coaching. Through continuous learning and growth, I aim to empower others to achieve their full potential and navigate their paths to success.
